Pop In The City is a rain or shine event and we won’t let some light rain stop the fun. We recommend checking the local weather report in advance of your session and dressing appropriately. The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, sms, and on the Facebook event page.
DATE CHANGE POLICY
On rare occasions we may have to reschedule the event. If ticket holders cannot attend the rescheduled date they are entitled to transfer into an equivalent session (subject to availability) on any other upcoming date or to apply for a refund. Refunds will be processed 5-7 working days after the rescheduled event date. Pop In The City will not be responsible for any consequential losses incurred as a result of a date change (cost of hotels, travel etc).
SESSION TIME CHANGE POLICY
For logistical reasons we may need to change the time of your session, either moving the start time forward or moving it backward. We will endeavour to give as much notice of these time changes as possible.
EVENT OFFERING CHANGES
Our goal is always to deliver the full ‘Pop In The City’ experience. On rare occasions this may not be possible due to unforeseen logistical issues. In these circumstances we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.
